The Importance of Earned Media

ITNAmerica conducts a yearly survey of volunteer drivers, and the second most popular way volunteers hear about our driving opportunities is through media coverage (in a newspaper or on the local news). Earned media is press coverage that you don’t pay for. There are a lot of opportunities to get earned media, and stories about your riders and volunteers are great topics to focus on.
